Welcome to our class blog! We all want to improve the literacy skills of our children. Let's work together to make this happen! On this blog, you can post book responses with your child! You can also comment on any of the responses posted on our blog! I encourage you all to visit our favourite links! One of the links is Indigo Love of Reading Foundation. This is a wonderful foundation making a tremendous difference in school libraries across Canada! Visit their website! You'll be touched by how they are doing such a great part to improve literacy skills in Canadian schools!

Crystal The Snow Fairy

This book is rated 5 stars! All the jewel and weather fairy's I would rate 5 stars!!! In this story the weather keeps changing! Imagine you walk on a sunny day and it turns out that it snows, Well....that happened to Kristy and Rachel! When that happened the family went inside and then the snow stopped!!! That got to be your imagination if that happens to you!!!Kristy went to her room and her globe that the fairy's gave her as a thank you gift was glowing! Kristy picked it up but it was hot because the sunshine went through it!Kristy dropped the globe. All the dust was everywhere!!Then Kristy began to shrink. She was a fairy! The dust picked her up and brought her to fairy land. She saw queen Titania and king Oberon. The king and queen talked about Jack Frost and his goblins taking Doodle the rooster. I'm not finished the story but might be talking about it again soon!
